Returns

All sales will be considered final. Unless a product can be proven to be in unacceptable condition upon delivery due to damage, then a replacement product may be sent to you. In this event please email a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to sales@directpapersupply.ca. You may also be required to ship the damaged item at your expense back before a refund can be applied. Direct Paper Supplies reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

Order Cancelations

If an order was made by mistake, or you do not wish to proceed with the order you please notify Direct Paper Supply by email sales@directpapersupply.ca immediately or within 24hrs of the transaction.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, Direct Paper Supplies reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
